The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The family room was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a large TV. The bathroom was also impressive, being spacious and clean. We loved the view from our terrace, overlooking the beautiful sea and greenery. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and restaurants while still providing a peaceful environment.

That the hotel was not very easy to find initially.

The electrical power cuts were disruptive to our sleep and could potentially damage electronic devices. The WIFI did not work in the room, and the 3G connection was weak.

That our room at Segond Hotel could have been more spacious since there were two of us and a dog. Additionally, the door hit the bed every time we entered, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooftop pool was smaller than expected, with limited deckchair space. The pool area lacked embellishments and felt bare.
